ÿþDating back to its origins in 1969, Adidas Alerts the adidas Superstar has long been a multi-faceted sneaker. While birthed with basketball flowing through its DNA, the hertiage-based silhouette developed into a shoe with no boundaries, capturing all genres with an aesthetic now known to be timeless and far-reaching. For its 45th anniversary in 2015, adidas teamed up with Ateliers Heschung, a family run factory who manufactured shoes for adidas France in the 1970s.

The outcome is the Consortium Superstar "Made in France." Adorned in premium leather, the upper is stitched to the shoes foundational component, the rubber toe cap, while monochrome black leather maneuvers through the paneled Three Stripes and tongue graphics. The adidas Superstar  Made in France' Adidas All Star will be available starting December 12th at selected Consortium retailers globally.BAPE and UNDFTD are two established streetwear staples that turned heads last year by teaming up atop the adidas ZX 5000 and Campus 80s.

This Saturday, December 21st, will see the Adidas Alphabounce minty green sneakers get a global release at select adidas Consortium accounts, although the full retailer list hasn't yet been disclosed. The 1992 Torsion Integral S is a model that's been hanging out in relative obscurity since its debut, but we'd expect that to change if the Three Stripes teams continue to bring these sort of pairs to the table. Just a week after first learning about the Sneaker Freaker x adidas Torsion Integral project and we're already getting a release date. The shoes will launch first at Doomsday Store out in Australia, a spot that just happens to be right around the corner from the Sneaker Freaker offices, on November 7th. It seems that the Consortium pair from this adidas duo won't be available at that little soiree, so you'll have to wait for additional info on those.

A celebration by all means, adidas Consortium further expands its dealings with the revival of an oft-forgotten silhouette. Bringing back the Torsion TRDC, a sort of sister model to the iconic ZX line-up, the imprint is simultaneously paying homage to the tech on which it stands and further fleshing Adidas Black Friday out a side to a Three Striped coin people rarely examine. Vintage down to its core, the pair is almost entirely ripped from its originating era.
