Alex Galchenyuk took a step towards returning to the Montreal Canadiens lineup on Wednesday, skating on his own prior to the teams morning practice. It was Galchenyuks first time on the ice since the 20-year-old forward injured his right knee in a game against the Chicago Blackhawks on Apr. 9. Canadiens head coach Michel Therrien said last week that Galchenyuk could be ready at some point to play in the second round series against the Boston Bruins, which begins Wednesday. "Theres a chance hell play in the second round, I hope," Therrien told reporters after Fridays morning skate in Brossard. "Not quite sure yet."
